THE LAGREE METHOD
A high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed on the Megaformer. It combines strength, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility into one efficient method of training.
Every movement is slow and controlled, creating deep muscle activation while protecting the joints. The result is a workout that is challenging, precise, and designed to build strength quickly and safely.
MOVE WITH PURPOSE
Lagree is more than a workout.
It's a method of training that transforms how you move, build strength, and connect with your body over time. Every class is intentionally programmed, where no two classes feel the same.
Each session is a full-body experience on the Megaformer, built around core stability and muscle endurance, leaving you energized and stronger every time you walk out.
OUR FOUNDER,
AVA SPROCHI
“I found something that changed the way I move and the way I see myself. I had to bring it home.”After discovering Lagree in Nashville, I became stronger than I ever imagined and found community in the process. I created Formula Lagree to give others that same feeling.
I grew up outside of Pittsburgh and moved to Nashville after college, where I fell in love with the Lagree method and eventually started teaching it. Every time I came home, I looked for something like what I had found in Nashville and it wasn't there.
Formula Lagree is built around the people in it. The programming is intentional, the environment is welcoming, and the community is the kind that pushes you, shows up for you, and makes you want to come back. Pittsburgh deserves a space like that. I'm glad I get to be the one to bring it to Pittsburgh.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. This gives you time to get settled, meet your instructor, and chat through any goals or questions before class begins.
Getting started is simple. Once you arrive, your instructor will walk you through the Megaformer, explain how to move safely and effectively, and guide you every step of the way throughout class.
You can expect familiar movements like lunges, squats, and planks. Lagree is designed to challenge you, so don’t be discouraged if it feels hard (that’s part of magic). You may even start to shake and yes, we love that. Those shakes mean you’re activating deep, slow-twitch muscles fibers the small stabilizers that traditional workouts often miss AKA you’re working muscles you didn’t even know you had.
After class, it’s normal to feel your muscles working. Your first few classes are all about learning the machine and the movement names. The more you come, the more intuitive it becomes and the stronger you’ll feel with each session.

We recommend starting with three to four classes a week and building from there. That's enough to feel the method working, build endurance, and start seeing real results. The members who progress the fastest are the ones who find a rhythm that fits with their lifestyle! If you're not sure where to start, our trainers are here to help you figure out what works for your schedule and your goals.

Yes! The Lagree Method is low impact, making it a great option during pregnancy. We have a pre and postnatal guide available at the studio to help you navigate class safely. That said, please consult your doctor before making any changes to your movement routine while pregnant. Always let your trainer know before class so we can offer the right modifications for you.
