From your first class onward, you will be supported in building strength, control, and confidence as you establish your routine.
Each membership includes access to our group Lagree classes, led by instructors who guide you through every movement with intention and care.

Founding Members are billed at sign-up to lock in your founding rate, and that first payment covers month one. Your membership begins with your first class, then renews monthly from there.

All memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment. Cancellations are not permitted before the 3 month mark. No exceptions.
To cancel after your 3 month commitment, email hello@formulalagree.com at least 14 days before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests made after that window will take effect the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on membership payments.
To freeze your membership, email hello@formulalagree.com at least 14 days in advance. A $50 freeze fee per billing cycle applies. If you are pregnant or recovering from a serious injury requiring more than 3 months away, the freeze fee will be waived with a doctor's note or supporting documentation.
All cancellation and freeze requests must be submitted by email. We are unable to process requests in person, by phone, or by text.

Class credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. The best way to make the most of your membership is to stay consistent and keep showing up.
