The Method
Formula Lagree was created to bring the Lagree Method to Pittsburgh. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is performed on the Megaformer and is designed to build strength and sculpt lean muscle—efficient and challenging. Every class is intentionally programmed, and no two classes are the same.
