• Lagree is a high intensity, low-impact full body workout. Performed on the Megaformer, it combines strength, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility into one smart, efficient class. Every movement is slow and intentional, creating deep muscle activation without unnecessary stress. It’s challenging, empowering, and delivers results you can feel fast.

  • Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit. This gives you time to get settled, meet your instructor, and chat through any goals or questions before class begins.

Getting started is simple. Once you arrive, your instructor will walk you through the Megaformer, explain how to move safely and effectively, and guide you every step of the way throughout class.

You can expect familiar movements like lunges, squats, and planks. Lagree is designed to challenge you, so don’t be discouraged if it feels hard (that’s part of magic). You may even start to shake and yes, we love that. Those shakes mean you’re activating deep, slow-twitch muscles fibers the small stabilizers that traditional workouts often miss AKA you’re working muscles you didn’t even know you had.

After class, it’s normal to feel your muscles working. Your first few classes are all about learning the machine and the movement names. The more you come, the more intuitive it becomes and the stronger you’ll feel with each session.
